Replacement Policy

1. Eligibility for Replacement

2. Replacement Process

  2. Our team will review your request and confirm if it qualifies for a replacement.
  3. If approved, we will arrange for the return and send a replacement at no extra cost.

3. Non-Eligible Items for Replacement

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error.
  • Perishable, personalized, or digital products.
  • Requests made after 1 days of delivery.
